    I played on server and i got the idea enchant items with l2phx and pet and it works 1)launch phx and game enter the server 2)buy pet (if it is in gmshop) or make a short quest ( maybe Dion Pet manager) 3)when u will have pet,buy weap and scrools 4)open l2phx and the same actions as with werehouse ( use items,deposit to pet,withdraw) for me its working on 2 servers :)
