Agree with you salot -
The best will be to change your enchant rates. Do max Enchant +15 or +16 and Safe Enchant +5 also since its pvp server do enchant rate around 90%.

If you need my suggestion Change Server Pack. Customs sucks by the way and find a web desinger

You can try L2Sevent -> www.l2sevent.com Its hard to find a good Epilogue Server with high community and daily pvp. I think you should check for Freya Mr.Hardii :)
