How Add Custom Npc On L2J Server High Five

Hello, I want to add custom npc on server,but there is not npc or custom npc table in MySQL I red that i must add npc from data/stats/npc/custom/cutomnpc.xml I've added but cannot spawn in game, can you help me? thanks a lot -
