I dont know about l2walker , but l2net works fine on l2inc. You need just download the newest version l2net,datapack,mapapack and use 146 protocol.

If you need trade items on another char then i think you cannot do nothing (or there are just ways like donate/plix ploxing for unjail ya) and with mail system i think it is possible but you need search mail bugs. But dunno , anyway you dont have other way's how do it.
