I Play on LIIWoA Lowrate Server (x7) so all i see is this server already went from "light" to "normal" :p But what i can say is the staff is really working hard on this, they fixed many many features (on x7 Serv too) u wont see anywhere else.... (Gracia, Hellbound, Instances etcpp...) So check and if u like lowrate check x7 too :)
