  1. still thanks for trying =)
  2. unfortunately neither of the options worked for me... =/ In regards to further info I've managed to get from one of the fellow players on the server I play at, it seems that the file has been encrypted by a guy named G1ta0 (either custom algorithm or a different key, am not sure of this info since it's just something another player said but might be helpful). So afaik cracking this one might prove to be impossible with my current level of skill if it's not something do-able with one of the freely accessible programs out there
  3. update on the situation: unfortunately it seems that the software from the site you've provided doesn't crack the l2.ini either... as far as the file decryption option goes, it seems that the file itself (l2.ini) is not considered as encrypted by the program =((( Edit: tried the l2encdec program but with l2encdec.exe -l l2.ini decryptedl2.ini I get the following error:
  4. thx, will take a look and see if I figure out something that works =)
  5. unfortunately fileedit doesn't crack this one =/... "missing header information" it says, the universal system folder patch fails too...
  6. I'd like to ask for a bit of help... I play on a private server that has recently released it's own version of system folder containing some security measures for gameplay, but unfortunately (for me) this has been a cause of a great amount of grief, since this lead to me being unable to decrypt the l2.ini file, and hence get rid of the damn window border frame... If any of you would be kind enough to take a look at it I'd be really grateful. Here's the accursed file: http://www.mediafire.com/?wmzurznumoz
