You have no clue what you are talking about, of course it's possible. There is plenty of devs that got this done.

The packets linked to retail tvt event exist since IL at least, and probably since a longer time (proba C3/C2/C1).

 

Fences are only one part of the complete stuff, L2J miss around 10 packets.

 

Added to that, there is no geo for fences, which means you can exploit them easily.

You can always implement it so a skilled coder can fix this pretty easy.

This is because players has bad upload, they are spamming function keys and burst and dc

I hope this helps you, but please consider using the Launcher as it will be much easier for everyone if we do any planned client updates. Specially since you use russian one which may cause strange behaviour on random times.
