you are right..i dont someone to figure what is wrong..i just want to search from where..its an action when you use a debuff skill.so someone who knows he will be able to answer in my problem.
as far i have search for target is incorrect and i didnt see something diffr from clean acis.

(fear,paralize,anchor)

Guide: 
Dungeon: Story mode(Solo) 
In this Dungeon you can only enter alone. There are 4 rooms with monsters that need to be killed. After each room is cleaned up, 
you proceed to the next stage. These monsters have good drops and are fairly easy to be killed. 
After the 4 first stages have been completed, you have 2 final stages to finish the dungeon! 
In the last 2 stages, you have to slay the Sons of Oberon ! 
If you fail to complete the dungeon you cannot re-enter until next reset at 18:00 UTC +3

Technically you don't need mysql open while your don't need any online connection with it, so what's your point ?
That port is opened by mistake or what?
Even it's by a mistake it would not shows as online , beside if it's used by some service.

Server is using java files , you can check their port 3306 == mysql is on ...
It's not allowed to advertise your server as l2off since you use java files.
