L2jO 15 days olympiad and weekly siege.

Hi to all, am new on this and on server developing, am starting my server and it will be high rates, so want to know how to change olympiad cicle from 1 month to 15 days, and set sieges to all weekends, or at least the oly thing. If you can't help me with giving me the code, just give me some hints how to do it, i will appreciate anyway. Thanks in advance.
