Shouldn't the x be replaced by 0 (zero)? Because on gamehaqs and here some people gave the same offset for l2w version 10.4.9 (and few other) but with 0 and not x. Does it matter, or maybe it doesn't? Maybe it works with x and a 0? :)

Yeah, how to find the offsets for different versions of l2walker?

No it's not. The only working protocol on Extreme is 530. But when I successfully connect to the server with version 10.4.9 of l2walker, I'm getting disconnected right away. And I think it's not the cause of the protocol.
