Ok i changed my .ini put my ip xxx.xxx.190 in there wont work but if i put my xxx.xxx.126 i can log in but i get a ping of 9999. I have my port forwarding set up is like iam trying to play it on my network . -

I don't know whats going on been working on it all day. I can log into server but i get ping 9999. I know there's articles about this and that don't work for me.
