Fisheye is the name of this effect. There are lens for DSLRs which can give you this effect. Probably this photo have been taken with those lens. In the other hand, if this is an applied effect, you can create such image in Photoshop. Open the image Filter > Distort > Spherize Now, if you don't want to use Photoshop, there are plenty applications in Google Play Store to download. If you have Windows phone or iPhone, I have no idea.

Η παύση σπουδών διαρκεί 1 χρόνο(2 εξάμηνα). Θέλω να πάω στην Γερμανία για 1 χρόνο. Λες να υπάρξει πρόβλημα; Αναβολή έχω μεχρι το '20. Ίσως κάποιος ήδη ξέρει και έτσι δεν χρειαστεί να τρέχω.
