hmm the best way is just lern to play because u will get ban easly, but is you want nice cheat try to look for fighter FX (very nice multihack)

try to change

cl_rate 20000

rate 20000

cl_cmdrate 30

cl_updaterate 15

and tell how fast is your internet connection
