Lineage II client doesn't support third variable on screen. So your name ($c1) and target name ($c2) will work, but damage ($s3) won't. Tested with "/loc" command (system message: Current location: X Y Z). But on screen was only Current location: X Y . So its possible only with server core edit, replace DAMAGE variable with TARGET or your NAME.
