i havn't understand i want to make my server contains this languages

hello guys :) i want to ask about : how can i add a new language to my server such as (Russian-Arabic) and so on i need it for chat and if there is a way to make the game language becomes russian or arabic pls tell me thanks

ok from where i can get it i have the default template but i need to setup another that contains the server status and so on

man if u want to give some one hero by a GM command he will lose it if he make restart or closed the game
