hello i make my webb site to my server and i have a problem have started a free host from no-ip but when i visit the host it just load and after a wile it comes page load error i have the temple map but how do i make so it opens the index file?? please help me

i'm using no-ip and i wan2 know the command in cmd to start the whole webbsite...

i have some problem whit my avd on l2dot server pack everything works fine but when i get killed i come back to my faction bace and the char buggs it respawns whole time help me fast!!!
