First of all down from www.leagueoflegends.com second after the install and updates find a game.Join and take one of the available champs , what you have to do is to kill enemies and win the game by destroying their base.You have to kill the towers in your way too. On a 5v5 match you will spread to 2 champs top 1 mid and 2 botomm. You can buy the recommend equipment if you are a newbie :)
