Crashed when clicking the Other Ctrl menu.. help please

Help, please.. I've a problem when I clicking the "Other Ctrl" menu, the Lineage crashed(application error), and terminated the program.. did anyone had this problem? is there any idea to solve this? I'm using vista-32 I've already tried to run as administrator, and change the compability, but nothing solved
