Nah the empty line after it needed in all version its not a bug. I managed to encrypt again armorgrp. But i found that npcgrp and weapongrp cannot be encrypted.

guys the gms are not like official that have builder lvl 1 or lvl 2 access... pff. On java its 200=admin, 150 access lvl can do less, 100 and 75. Thats all.

PanosPss i understand that u are using oneo l2j pack right? Ok its geodata problem and i think the most of l2j servers got that problem. Its easy to fix it. U go on inside your gameserver folder and u open config and then u open Options with notepad and search for "water" and u will find 1 line that says AllowWater. Do it False. and your problem will get solved :)
