Searching for a lowrate retail L2 server

www.l2dex.eu is a very good server but its interlude. im searching for hellbound or gracia .. will they maybe upgrade ? www.l2memories.com , www.l2refused.com are both not lowrate. how many players are playing on l2-devilschildren.nl and is it l2j ? -
Hello :) Im searching for a good Lineage 2 retail lowrate server. Important for me is: - High amount of players (important) - No Donations - No Bot us - No Modifications (just retail like) - Min. Hellbound (Not Interlude or C5 ...) best would be Gracia - Lowrate - Not L2j (not very important) I would be very happy if someone could tell me a server which mach this :)
