[Guide] How to Create LII CT1 Server(Kamael)

Sorry if this is a really dumb question, but . . . Is this guide everything that I need to do from scratch on a clean Windows installation to have a fully operational server, or do I also have to follow some other process to install and setup a database separately ? Thanks :)
