How Can i get my php site online to a website?

Hello friends, i got my server up and running. i recently download a perconfigured website on this site, file name lineage2siteGameZone.rar . it works very well with status and fourms. only problem is that i dont know how to go about putting it online?. i have a site at ucoz.com but cant seem to figure out how to get it from my localhost to my website. I know some one can help a newbie out? :-\
