There are many goods devs out there and trust me i tried a lot before i find this guy. 
The best thing this guy have is that he tries to explain you what suits you the most for each case. He understands quick what he have to do.
He said me from the beggining i work monday to friday at night. At weekend i rest. He did what he said i respect guys like this.
He is quick and trusted and i recommend him for anyone want to start something from the scrats.

For the features they do not have, you can always pay a reputable developer to write and/or implement the feature to your source, or adapt from a similar one.

This way you may pay as much as you would for a ready-made server, but you will establish connections (with programmers and developers) and have access to updates and technical support for several months, at the very least.

The last thing I'd like to add is that you CAN, in fact, find good developers here, as long as you opt for a well-trusted and reputable one. You can always ask for opinions in the discord server or here.

Also, does the quote below mean that you are NOT providing the source, and instead, the DEV would have to have a "bugless" source that they would then be giving to you? Would you be paying for the source that they would be working on?

If not, then it makes little to no sense to me, personally, since such a core/source would probably cost more than what the DEV would be getting for the work they would be doing for you.
 

You are completely right it didn't sound good like i write it. I mean someone who works with a pack and make it kind of bugless or anyone who can solve most of bugs they will appear in our way. I rly don't know what is better. Maybe to buy something ready or create a server from scratch and then develop everything. I'm here to talk about this

I'm new here since i couldn't find someone who can actually help me with my idea via discord.

The truth is i tried to make a c6 server long ago with some friends but we failed and scammed so they left the idea behind.

I trully love lineage since i was a kid and now i want to try again for a H5 server.

To be more specific, I have the main idea of the server + the economy system will work but i don't have the knowledge so i want someone trusted who can make it.

You don't know me and i respect if u can't trust me just from a post but really i want someone to make my idea come true.

I wan't someone who works with a bugless patch + source 

About the server:

The server must have:

1. daily login prize system (for premium accounts)

2. Premium account system (boost xp/pve drops)

3. daily quests + achivements (for everyone)

4. Party farm zone (specific hours)

5. custom boss Dungeon Kamaloka (u can enter only if you have the specifications to do it for example u must be 85 lvl etc.)

6. Epic Raid event (a raid will spawn in a standard time every x days with special drops. U can go there via npc who teleports you in the event area)

7. Custom Buffer (only npc,songs,dances)

8. General Shop (Consumables,dyes normal-mammon, armors A - S grade, weapons A - S grade)

9. Custom Gm shop (custom weapon 1 - Custom weapon 2 , Custom armor 1 - Custom armor 2)

10. Sub class item (click it and get Subclass status)

11. Nobless item ( u have to be subclass)

12. Custom gatekeeper (lvl zones 10-25, 30-50, 55- 70, 70-85, Farm zones, Boss teleport, Catacombs-necropolis etc)

13. donate system (connected with site buy coins via site and the amount u bought appears in your char)

14. donate manager (u can exchange the coins for items)

15. TVT event

16. Dissable every quest+normal npc in game except olympiad npcs

17. Make 1 npc that will be used for many actions such as ( clan/ally create-dissolve-lvlup etc, warehouse deposit-withdraw-freight, change-add-delete sub)

18. change 1st/2nd/3rd class from a cat in main town.

I think thats everything.

Sorry if i wrote too many but i wanted you to know pretty much everything before u say yes. (i didn't remember if something missing but thats the 99% of the server for sure)
