Why should a customer want the same logo as another server? It just looks like a good opportunity for you to generate easy money, just changing text takes less than 5 minutes. And charging $35 for a less than 5 minute work is hilarious.

Its a shame people like this guy calls themselve a designer for just changing text and thats it. Oh and ripped off badges from google images. Logos should be unique as it represents your project/brand whatever, and what he does is obviously not unique, as he just changes text.
