Thank you for the honest feedback, the enchant rates have been reduced post +16 to +20 to have late game improvement with time, as if rates would be exact the same as up to +16, the end game would be reached much quicker which would reduce players interest in the game itself. Overall this type of gameplay prolongs the life of the server.
