I did use the family and friends options but still i had to pay the fee. Regardless of this, i reported the incident to PayPal and waiting for a reply. It's not so much about the money, but for the fact that they were fooling me for 24h straight saying we are almost there, and then ignoring me. I hope people can read this thread, so that they will not fall into the same trap as i did.

www.15KGOLD.COM is a site that at first glance appears to be legit. They provide "feedback of customers" with positive comments. I paid them 50 euros to trade adena in Lineage 2 in a mid-rate server, which is in the list of the servers they are "providing services" to. It turned out that they are scammers. They kept me waiting, for 24hours telling me any moment we will notify you, when the adena is available to trade with you. I waited 1 day, so the day after i messaged them and all they kept sendng me was some "automated" messages, saying that they are afk. Below i provide Their PayPal account. They pretend to sell gold not only for Lineage2 but other Major mmorpg games like World of Warcraft, AION, Blade & Soul, and many more.
