sorry for being dumb but in 100 ls's you only got 5 passive skills and 1 active skill?

yeah if i am pk and i have a weapon in my invtory and it is not equipped if i die does it have a chance of droping or it won't drop at all? and i repeat the question if anyone, can you say pls how much is the percent for having certain augment? pls pls

does anyone know the percent that we have for obtaining certain skill or passive?
