Ok well i find this Guide at RaGEZONE posted originally by bocardi and i as i searched i dont find the same guide here...So i copy & paste it
so if you have for example
1189936800000 in siegedate field you can do something like this
1189936800000 / 1000 = the seconds from 1/1/1970 to your siege date
its = 1189936800 seconds
then you make this
1189936800 / 60 - its the minutes from 1/1/1970 to your siege date
its = 19832280 minutes
and after you do this
19832280 / 60 - its the hours from 1/1/1970 to your siege date
its = 330538 hours
so to you find the days, its more complicated because of years with 366 days the Bissext Years so now you do the rest ! hehehe
The inverse can be make ! and its better then the first form ! get te date with the years for example
from 1/1/1970 to 1/1/2007 we have 9 years with one more day, 1972, 1976,1980, 1984, 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004.
Do this
from 1/1/1970 to 1/1/2007 = 37 years
37 years x 365 days = 13505 days
13505 days x 24 hours = 324120 hours
324120 hours x 60 seconds = 19447200 seconds
19447200 seconds x 1000 miliseconds = 19447200000 miliseconds
19447200000 its the siegeDate field to siege in 1/1/2007 !
