-Votea have been reseted.

-Inactive servers have been removed.

Indeed, next month we will clean our top from inactive servers even if we remain with none. And even if is in rules, we will not remove those that do not display our vote button, but they are not eligible for reward either.

Congratulations to Lineage2 Titan Fall who managed to gather 500+ votes which is rewardable with half of our prize of 30 Euros (60 Euros POT).

But... Yes, there is a "but", our second criteria, to have at least 30 active servers listed, wasn't accomplished.

... who started a server and bough ads everywhere he saw a spot and couldn't reach 50 online and people who did it right and made 100 stable online in less than a week.

 

 

You guys can't get it. That kind of advertise will bring a very generic variaty of people. 50% of them change server every two days, another 40% of it won't like your server. The rest 10% will either play or get bored within the week.

 

I stick with natural advertisement, people invite each other and you have a healthy 300-600 players online that are faithfull to the server.

 

In order to do that you need a good server and reputation tho.

I doubt that some banners on different sites might bring you any players, or at least as many as you expect from what you've paid. We all run from them using ad blocking apps, clicking [X] or just looking on a different side.

That's why I added none to my top site. A simple listing which include all the necessary info about the respective server is more than enough. And vote system let you know which one is the best because ppl that like a server vote it. Those who don't vote the server they play might consider that they don't need more people around.

But to make a server populated you must announce it way before you open it. You must talk with clans and consider their needs. Strategies exist but nobody will give you one cuz if they knew it they would use it for themselves.

Anyway, servers like those mrpro play still exist and are successful, look at his clan how many servers they played in less than a year. Even for pvp that shouldn't be normal.

PS: advertise system will be based on points that you receive for everything you do (post topics about our top, pm people, invite servers). A certain amount of points will equal 1$ and you will be able to withdraw the money when you reach a minimum amount (it will be minimum so everyone could reach and see that I am not scamming ppl - at least for the first payout)

Thank you guys, I just hope we both have the same value for "simple" because it will be a big disappointed if you will find my website looking "cheap" instead.

Hope you guys still enjoy this game as much as i do cuz that's the reason i started all this.
