Sooo.. How do i resolve the hexid problem ?

I already capy/paste the hexid but didnt work.. So I add the default one " 12345 " but didnt work either... Im not runing any android emulation... Dint know what to do.. I'll be pleased if someone can solve my problem via teamviewer..!
