l2j Kamael Gameserver problems

hi ive got a problem with my gameserver. all is running perfectly but the server starts only sometimes. he begins to load and at any point he stops. ive got a chance that the server will start and its to low. so i dont want to try it every time. does anyone know this problem or can help me? thanks and sorry for my bad english AdmiralKirk
