Solved my own problem by digging in the net for half a day until i found a hint wich was not included in that guide... you need to type your icon name in the .dat file with certain format wich is NameOfUtx.NameOfIcon

i just recently noticed that gameserver just as it starts loading gives me skill error that WEAPON:SA dont belong in that line so i changed it into NOTDONE and it somehow fixed the problem.. ;D

thanks olympus for helping me via teamviewer! it seems i didint leave the line empty and the program version was too old i think.
