NCSoft don't have jurisdiction in, at least, 243 out of the 246 (that mid west illegal state is not a country ;D ) countries. The FBI don't have jurisdiction in 245 out of them (only in US and in that mid west illegal state mentioned above). "Big brother" is just a dumb tv show (and not an abuse to US civil rights) in, again, 245 countries. Now, and the important point here: To don't have jurisdiction equals to eat a d***, law wise. If NCsoft closes any server it will be just fine. Maybe some day admins realize where to put their servers.
