Hey mate, I would suggest you trying out http://l2.alternativegamers.com It is a new server , with fresh start. rates are 20x though, but You can give it a try. I will be honest with you, i am one of the investors of this project, and we made a contract for 1 year with the hosting server company. So you can rest asure that this server is here to stay.
