Don't know if it's the same on L2jFrozen, but on High Five you only needed the right bypass for it.
Instead of
<a action="bypass -h npc_%objectId%_multisell xxxxx">
it was like that
<a action="bypass -h npc_%objectId%_exc_multisell xxxxx"> It's basically an exchanger, hence the "exc".
