Enchant problem

i have problem Enchant in my server 

what time will be open on 25.09 ???

i fix bosses...now i wat help for enchant only...i buy for example 10s grade scrolls for weapon and when i click on scroll and i choose the weapon for enchant all scrolls dissapear but i have put only one scroll...;/ this happens to all scrolls armor and weapon....
