We Need Support With Archeage English Patch.

hey guys! i have some problems to install the patch (TTC_04102014). every time i try to install the patch i get this message this happens with all patches (changed batch file). i tried the XXLPatcher.exe too, but it's the same. i click "patch" and nothing happens besides the 2 "quickbms_4gb_files" processes (each with 140MB RAM).
