Do not trust this guy. My friend bought an account from him a while ago, the deal went smooth (excluding the fact this guy didn't know what paypal is and gave us info which could get him scammed and screwed in real life). was a cheap account for what he offered. The account name got changed, spent some money on RP to get some more stuff, etc. Now suddenly this guy has sent a ticket to Riot, reset the email, changed the password for the account. when we asked why he did that, he said he needs money, he's gonna give it back once he ''sells'' it again and scams someone, we should not worry, gonna get it back. Now is that a fair deal? He even got scammed by the guy he 'sold' it to. I don't know how stupid he is to use my friends paypal in this post cause apparently he doesn't know how to make a paypal. then he just wants us to send him the money and he will give the account back? logic? I really feel sorry for this dude, he said he hasn't been paid by his job for 2 months, he also seems a bit mentally unstable. he keeps giving out info that shouldn't be given, doesn't even understand he can be screwed anytime if someone bad gets it. luckily for him, we're good guys and won't do anything. Just don't trust him and don't make any kind of deals with him. and if there's a good psychologist out there, please help this guy out.
