Replace that :

String votesLine = in.readLine();

With that:

String votesLine = inputLine;

And that :

votes = Integer.valueOf(voteLine.split(">") [5].replace("</font", ""));

With that :

votes = Integer.valueOf(votesLine.split(">")[3].replace("</div", ""));

 

This system dont have this files!So, don't work!
