Looking for a server with rates between 7x-15x Has to be based on L2off files. NOT L2J. Would prefer npc buffer that includes songs/dances but not needed. I would also really prefer if buffs lasted longer than 20 minutes, it truly is a pain to have to go back to town every 20 minutes to get buffs. A GMshop up to A-grade is preferred. I searched for a while, but gave up trying and decided to try posting here.
