Works with Invisible mobs witch appears randomly and can targeted only by a bot program. When you hit an invisible mob the first 2 times you get disconnected 3rd time your account auto banned.
Captcha will randomly appear on your screen a row of letters and numbers witch you should type correctly in order not to be disconnected.
