Also the Cancel / Fear / Silence / Steal Work's with 8 sec delay but do not effect powerfull !!! steal divinity take 2-3 buff's and need 30 sec reuse fear and silence need more than 2.5 min for reuse and gameplay from player to player it's difference if you know one class good you can do a lot of think !
