Hello and Welcome to L2OutBreak server. L2Outbreak is a mid rate server based on a l2j private project . We tried a lot for fix almost all high five new features . I can't say that everything is working 100% but we are trying every day for the best. We haven't any custom armors , weapons , jewels or any other that it's not retail . We keep our server almost 100% retail . We believe that a retail gameplay is always the best . Server We know that its not easy to level up a character thats why we have expepience rate x50 . All armors , weapons , jewels , boss jewels drops are retail like ( Spoils , Drops ) Npcbuffer have only Basic buffs not kamael buffs , dwarf buffs , cubics , 3rd skill buffs etc . You can create your buffer dont forget buff duration is 3 hours . We keep low drop adena rate for create a marker in our server . We know that you can get Vorpal armor via olympiad and because we haven't fix olympiad quest 100% we create a new npc that you can get everything like retail. New high five skills are working retail like without any bug. From new High Five Areas we have Dragon Valley that its almost like retail . We don't have Antharas lair yet but we'll added soon. You can get new High Five weapon from raids like tiat , Rift etc like retail Zaken Instance all parts working retail like Freya and Blessed Freya Instance working retail like We add gmshop till A grade items shots crystals gemstones etc We have until A grade Enchant scrolls not S grade. Mana Potions : Mana potions reuse time increase for a balance pvp without unlimited mp. Buff slots will be 20+4( Books ) +12 dance song ( retail like ) You don't need to do subclass quest but you have to do Noble Quest . You can be noble from TW too like retail. We don't have custom areas like ( Adena area , Exp Area , Custom Coin Area etc ) Offline Shops work Epic Quest work Pailaka Quest work Fortresse / Dungeons work Olympiad Period is retail like In order to get 81-82Lv. books like Wills - Protections you can get them from special shop by Event Medals . In order to get 83Lv. books you must do the retail way . Class Manager for 1.2.3 class in giran Auto Loot Auto learn skill Rates Exp : x50 Sp :x50 Drop : x15 Spoil : x15 Adena : x25 Manor : x2 Quest Drop rate : x4 Quest Reward : x2 Safe Enchant : +4 Max Enchant : Unlimited Simple Enchant rate : 66% Blessed Enchant rate : 75% Elemental Stones succes rate : 50% ( retail like ) Elemental Crystals succes rate : 45% ( retail is 25% ) Events TvT event ever 3 hours ( You can get event medals and buy special items ) We believe that a server with retail like features is the best every time .
