IS any way to put a delay in chant of life heal? (Maybe a script?)

 

Cos i put in heal options to use CoL when mi party member is  under 75% but it keeps spamming it till the hp goes over 75%.

 

And can anyone tell me how to send a msg in pt or pm with scripts..? (like SAY command or smth like that)
