Problem with archer

i have one problem in my server archer have got protect for hit and run .

 

When one archer running and hitting the same time arrows make only miss he must stop and hit and again run .

 

can someone help i want to make it normal (without stop and hit  <hit and run>) ???

 

 

my server pack is l2j brasil
