[Hlapex]Bypass Votebot in C3?

Hello.. For my bad i started l2 again and i'm playing on ial2...

It's C3 and there isn't a webpage but only irc channel and forum..

But there is a votebot that doesn't allow clients with hlapex to go on..

Is there a way to bypass this votebot..?
