Prefrenzy in oly

OK quick question...but i want the fastest/easiest way to get frenzy/zealot in oly before the match...i see a lot of servers  all titans prefrenzy and kill everybody..please tell me how.....

 

Iwas tryign to find the topic but couldnt find it.....And i want one without using Over the Body skill if its available.
