l2 c4 pts HELP

Hell o u may i post uncorrectly but u mast forgive me this is 1st post in 2 years, so a have run my l2 c4 ptc server but i have problem . i type user pass than license window and status=Good ping=999 and i cant log in

of course, go to l2db , server table and u will find the region there

i have already done, problem was ip adress. i logd in on local but from network i can't
