I've been looking for a c4 - interlude low rate server without any custom x1-x10 exp rate with many ppl online if its possible , I miss those servers just like old times

L2 Rapture will be opening a C4 Stack sub server based off the classic dragon network style server.  Server rates will be with no custom features.

No GM shop
No custom items
No custom farming zones

Stack subclass / stuck sub
Mana potions in stores
Improved gate keeper
Increased buff timers

Server will go into open BETA October 18th.
Server will go live October 31, 2014 Halloween.
