decrease background performance [C6]

Hi, where i can find this option for interlude ( decrease background performance). Its very useful for boxing. Maybe i need edit l2.ini ? or smth else ?

i dont think interlude have this feature and i think you can just change in in l2.ini but iam not sure

i saw somewhere this feature for interlude, but i can't find anymore :/ It's very useful for dualboxing :/
